Who we are
The Advice Team provide a FREE and professional drop-in service to support asylum seekers, refugees and migrants with any presenting or emergency issues.
You can access our service by visiting our reception during our office hours. Please bring all relevant documentation for your appointment, including identification cards and any relevant documents/reference/numbers.
Our advisers have the experience and expertise to deal with a wide range of issues that the people we support may be facing.
These include, but are not limited to:
• Securing support for asylum seekers from the UK Visas and Immigration Asylum Support System, including help with related problems
• Providing information on and liaising with relevant organisations, services and agencies that can offer additional support
• Support with application registration card (ARC) problems
• Referrals and information on our other services
• Accessing accommodation and relevant benefits
• Support with debt and financial management
• Supporting individuals who are victims of domestic violence, modern slavery and trafficking
• Liaising with government departments and NGOs

Wednesday: CLOSED
Thursday: 9.30 – 3.30
Friday: 9.30 – 2.30
