Who are we
Our Settlement Team works with refugees and individuals who have been granted leave to remain.
The team assists and empowers these individuals and families with advice on accommodation, setting up home in Coventry, registering with local healthcare providers and signposting to other relevant partners and services.
Our advisers are professionally trained and possess the experience and expertise to address a wide range of issues that our clients may face when settling into their new life
This includes:
Providing advice on accommodation options and support with housing difficulties.
Assisting with setting up utility bills and registering for local services.
Offering financial management guidance, including opening bank accounts, budgeting, and setting up payment plans
Offering support with and signposting to relevant services to secure employment
Providing information on local education and training opportunities
Assisting with language classes and integration programs
Offering guidance on transportation options and navigating public transit
Facilitating access to community and social activities
