Who we are

At CRMC, our dedicated and diverse team is committed to combating destitution among refugees and migrants in Coventry. Utilising a holistic and trauma-informed approach, we address both the causes and consequences of destitution, providing comprehensive support to those in need.
We define destitution as having no access to public funds (NRPF), and our unique project aims to empower individuals by offering tailored assistance and resources. Through our efforts, we strive to create a more inclusive and supportive community where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

The Combatting Destitution Project begins by assessing each individual’s needs and then provides personalised one-on-one care tailored to those specific requirements.

Each client’s support is unique and customised to their particular needs.

Advocacy

Financial subsistence

Food

Money management

Therapy/art therapy

Gardening group

Health information sessions

Learning to manage own tenancy

Social groups and activities
