VOLUNTEER Communications officer When: up to 14 hours per week (negotiable around current commitments) Volunteer position
Coventry Refugee and Migrant Centre (CRMC) is the only organisation in Coventry dedicated to providing impartial and confidential advice, guidance and support to asylum seekers, refugees and migrants living in and around the city. We are a local, medium-sized organisation which has been welcoming refugees and migrants since 2000. Our aim is to help people to rebuild their lives and achieve their full potential in safety and dignity whilst supporting integration and encouraging active citizenship.
We currently have a very exciting vacancy for a VOLUNTEER Communications officer for our CRMC.
The role requires working closely with the Communications officer at CRMC by assisting with Social Media and content creation tasks under the supervision. The right candidate must be confident in using social media platforms and have sufficient written English skills.
NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
The post will be based at Coventry Refugee and Migrant Centre, Bird Street, Coventry, CV1 5FX.
